How many do we complete this year?

RoboCop: Rogue City

I beat this on Dec. 31, so it technically doesn’t count for 2026, but I wanted to include it for fun. This is my first experience with RoboCop, and while a lot of the lore was lost on me, this experience was fun for a free game (shoutout PS+).

I enjoyed the gunplay and the feel of being a hulking metal killing machine, and I liked the side quests. I think this feels more like Fallout than Fallout does, which is really hard to explain, but it makes sense to me. There’s hella jank here, but if you can look past it and some systems that feel shoehorned in, this was enjoyable. Took me about 17 hours, and I don’t regret my time invested.

Lies of P

Within the world of Souls and Souls-likes, Lies of P is now my second title completed, DLC included. What an experience, and as much as I raged, I feel rather fond of this game. Developer NEOWIZ did a great job, until it lost me with Arlecchino cuz what the f%&k was that lol. Anyways, really good stuff, I could honestly see myself running through this again.

Cairn

Cairn is unlike any game I’ve ever played, and I’d like to say I play a lot of games. It’s thought provoking, challenging, and really fun. I think the devs did a great job with Cairn, and I could see myself going back for another run to see how differently I could scale Kami.

Resident Evil Requiem

What can I say, I’m a big fan…

Let’s keep it quick, Capcom did an amazing job with this game. I enjoyed my time with it, the balance between survival horror and Leon’s fury road was very good. No spoilers, but the ending leaves the door wide open for much more Resident Evil, which makes me a happy camper.
